1. Return Authorization: You may return most items purchased through Our Site within 30 days from the ship date. However, prior to returning your item, it is required that you contact us for approval for your return. All unopened items qualify for a full refund with a restocking fee of up to 20%. Please note that opened or used items might not be eligible for a full or partial refund. 

2. Process and Costs: If we approve your return, we recommend using a traceable carrier to send the items back to us. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and fees. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which you will need to clearly write on the return package so we can identify your return accurately. Upon receiving and inspecting the items, we will refund the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and any applicable restocking fee. Additional charges may be incurred for damaged, missing, or altered items. Please be aware the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we are responsible for any issues with the order. If we do not receive a return package you are liable for the missing products and therefore no refund will be issued.

3. Downloadables: Downloadable items are non-returnable by nature and may not be eligible for a full or partial refund. As a result, we reserve the right to decline refund requests for these purchases. If your downloadable purchase does not meet your expectations or intended use, please contact us for an alternative resolution. In such cases we may offer a partial or full refund contingent upon your written confirmation that the downloaded product has been fully deleted from all your devices.

4. Changes To The Policy: Please note that this Policy may change from time to time, with or without notice to you. Each version of this Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date.
